Executive Leadership Training — frequently asked questions

General questions

Our Executive Leadership Training programmes are designed for senior leaders, C-suite executives, managing directors, vice presidents, and high-potential managers who are preparing for board-level or enterprise-wide responsibilities. We work across all sectors — from financial services and technology to healthcare, manufacturing, and the public sector. The common thread among our participants is a genuine commitment to growth and a willingness to be challenged.

If you are unsure whether you are at the right career stage for our programmes, we are happy to discuss your situation during a complimentary discovery call. We will give you an honest assessment of whether our offering is the right fit.

Our Focused Coaching package spans approximately three months with six fortnightly sessions, while our Signature Programme runs for six months with twelve fortnightly sessions. For leaders navigating particularly complex transitions — such as a new CEO appointment, a major restructuring, or an international expansion — we also offer extended engagements of up to twelve months.

The duration is always agreed collaboratively during the design phase. We would rather invest time upfront to get the scope right than rush through a programme that does not deliver lasting change.

Yes. All one-to-one coaching sessions can be conducted via secure video link, and many of our clients prefer this format for its flexibility. Workshops and team-development programmes are most effective when delivered in person because of the experiential exercises and group dynamics involved, but we offer hybrid and fully virtual formats when travel is not feasible. Our virtual workshops use interactive digital tools — such as collaborative whiteboards, breakout rooms, and real-time polling — to maintain high levels of engagement and participation.

Every facilitator on our team holds a relevant postgraduate qualification — typically in organisational psychology, business administration, or a related discipline — and is accredited by a recognised coaching body such as the International Coaching Federation (ICF) or the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC). Beyond formal credentials, our facilitators bring substantial senior leadership experience of their own: former chief executives, board directors, and functional heads who understand the pressures and complexities of leading at the top.

We deliberately match facilitators to participants based on sector experience, leadership style, and personality fit. If the chemistry is not right after the first session, we will offer an alternative facilitator at no additional cost.

We take measurement seriously because we know that leadership development must demonstrate a return on investment. At the individual level, we use pre- and post-programme 360-degree assessments, psychometric re-testing, and self-reported progress against agreed development goals. At the organisational level, we work with HR and talent teams to track metrics such as employee engagement scores, retention rates within the participant's team, promotion velocity, and business performance indicators that are relevant to the participant's strategic objectives.

We also conduct a structured impact review at the midpoint and conclusion of every engagement, producing a written summary that can be shared with programme sponsors and stakeholders.

Logistics and practicalities

Our purpose-built training centre is located at 619 Jaskolski Parade, Little Abshirebury, NC6 2HK, England, United Kingdom. The facility includes two workshop rooms, a coaching suite, and a breakout lounge designed to create a focused yet comfortable learning environment away from the distractions of the office.

We also deliver workshops at client-selected venues across the United Kingdom and internationally. If you have a preferred location — whether it is your own offices, a country-house retreat, or a conference centre — we are happy to work with your events team to arrange logistics.

We understand that senior leaders operate in unpredictable environments, and we try to be as flexible as possible. Individual coaching sessions can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice at no charge. Workshops require at least 21 days' notice for cancellation or rescheduling; cancellations made within 21 days may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the programme cost, depending on the circumstances. Full details are provided in the engagement agreement you receive at the point of booking.

Absolutely. Confidentiality is the foundation of effective coaching. Everything discussed between you and your coach remains strictly confidential unless you explicitly agree otherwise. Where a programme is sponsored by your employer, we agree a clear confidentiality protocol at the outset — typically, the sponsor receives high-level progress updates (e.g. "the participant is on track with development goals") but never the content of coaching conversations. This boundary is non-negotiable and is written into every engagement agreement.

Yes. When an organisation enrols three or more participants in individual coaching programmes, or commissions a combination of coaching and workshop services, we offer tiered pricing that reflects the scale of the engagement. We also design bespoke organisational leadership-development programmes that can include a mix of workshops, coaching, assessments, and action-learning sets at a single agreed fee. Please contact us at [email protected] or call +44 141 970 3457 to discuss your requirements.

Completion of a programme is not the end of the relationship. All participants gain lifetime access to our alumni network — a community of more than 2,400 senior leaders across 18 industries who share insights, offer peer support, and collaborate on cross-sector challenges. We host quarterly alumni events, including guest-speaker evenings, peer-coaching circles, and an annual leadership summit.

Many alumni also choose to return for periodic "booster" coaching sessions — typically two to four sessions per year — to maintain momentum, work through new challenges, or prepare for specific high-stakes situations such as board presentations, investor roadshows, or organisational restructurings.
